Arrangören/arrangörerna av turneringen är ansvarig för behandlingen av personuppgifter i samband med anmälan, deltagande och kommunikation kring evenemanget.

Vilka uppgifter vi behandlar

I samband med turneringen kan vi behandla uppgifter som till exempel:

• namn på spelare och ledare
• lag- och föreningstillhörighet
• kontaktuppgifter till lagledare
• boknings- och betalningsuppgifter
• resultat, statistik och matchinformation
• bilder och video från matcher och arrangemang

Syfte med behandlingen

Personuppgifterna används för att kunna:

• administrera turneringen
• publicera spelschema, resultat och information
• kommunicera med deltagare och lag
• dokumentera arrangemanget
• informera om och marknadsföra turneringen och framtida arrangemang

Foto, video och publicering

Under turneringen fotograferar och filmar vi löpande för att dokumentera, informera om och visa upp arrangemanget.

Material kan publiceras i våra digitala kanaler och plattformar, exempelvis på våra webbplatser samt i sociala medier som Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube och liknande tjänster. Publicering kan även ske via samarbetspartners, media eller plattformarnas egna funktioner för spridning och delning.

I vissa fall kan vi även göra kortare intervjuer eller filma enskilda spelare, ledare eller besökare i samband med rapportering från turneringen och innehåll till våra digitala kanaler.

Publiceringen sker för att visa stämningen från turneringen, sprida highlights, informera om verksamheten samt marknadsföra nuvarande och framtida arrangemang.

Vi strävar alltid efter att använda material på ett respektfullt sätt och undvika innehåll som kan upplevas som känsligt eller integritetskränkande.

Publicering i sociala medier innebär att material kan bli tillgängligt för en global publik och kan behandlas av plattformar som har verksamhet utanför EU/EES.

Behandlingen av personuppgifter sker med stöd av:

• avtal (deltagande i turneringen)
• berättigat intresse (information, dokumentation och marknadsföring av arrangemanget)

Information till deltagare och besökare

Genom deltagande i eller besök på turneringen är man medveten om att foto och video kan förekomma i samband med dokumentation och publicering från arrangemanget.

Personer som inte vill förekomma i publicerat material kan kontakta oss så försöker vi i möjligaste mån ta hänsyn till detta.

Hur länge uppgifter sparas

Personuppgifter sparas så länge det är nödvändigt för ändamålet, till exempel för administration av turneringen, historik, resultat och information om våra arrangemang.

What data we process

In connection with the tournament we may process information such as:

• names of players and team officials
• team and club affiliation
• contact details for team managers
• booking and payment information
• results, statistics and match information
• photos and videos from matches and the event

Purpose of the processing

Personal data is used in order to:

• administer the tournament
• publish schedules, results and information
• communicate with participating teams
• document the event
• provide information about and promote the tournament and future events

Photography, video and publication

During the tournament we continuously take photos and record video in order to document, report on and showcase the event.

Material may be published through our digital channels and platforms, such as our websites and social media including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and similar services. Content may also be shared through partners, media organisations or the platforms’ own sharing features.

In some cases we may also conduct short interviews or film individual players, coaches or visitors as part of our coverage of the tournament and content for our digital channels.

The purpose of publication is to share the atmosphere of the event, highlight moments from the matches, inform about our activities and promote current and future tournaments.

We always aim to use material in a respectful manner and avoid content that could be considered sensitive or intrusive.

Publishing on social media means that the material may be available to a global audience and may be processed by platforms that operate outside the EU/EEA.

Legal basis

The processing of personal data is based on:

• contractual necessity (participation in the tournament)
• legitimate interest (information, documentation and promotion of the event)

When assessing legitimate interest, we balance our interest against the individual’s right to the protection of their personal data.
